Dealing With Acne At Home

Dealing With Acne At Home

So do you want to make your acne vanish from your skin completely? Did you try various skin care products and have found them to be ineffective? Do you want to be able to quickly and painlessly get rid of acne from the comfort of your own home?

If so, you’ve come to the right place. Skin care products do work to help cure acne. But not all of them are created equal.

Some skin care products are suited to specific skin types. If you apply a skin care product that isn’t suited to your skin type, you may actually aggravate your acne. That’s why it is important to exercise caution. Plus, most skin care products are expensive and take time to show any significant improvement.

That’s where home remedies come into play. There are so many quick and effective home remedies that can help cure your acne.

But the effectiveness of each remedy depends on your own skin type and the intensity of the acne. The only advantage with these home remedies is the chances of any major side effects are quite low.

With that said, here are 2 simple home remedies that you can try to deal with acne at home…

1. Toothpaste Remedy

Who else doesn’t want a quick, overnight method to make your acne vanish? The toothpaste remedy is one such method that can be used immediately at the onset of acne to make it vanish.

Cleanse your face thoroughly with water and a cleansing solution before you go to bed in the night. Take white toothpaste and apply the paste on the affected areas on your skin. Don’t dab it in excess or it will irritate your eyes.

Go to bed and rest for a minimum of 7-8 hours. In a lot of cases, your acne would have vanished the next morning you wake up. If it didn’t, try it for a couple more days.

2. Aloe Leaf Juice Method

The aloe leaf juice method works even if your acne is quite intense. Purchase aloe leaves from a local store or online. Wash the leaves with boiled water and dry the leaves in a dark and cool location for 10 days.

After 10 days have passed, grind the leaves and squeeze the juice. Apply the juice on the affected areas every single day for 2 – 3 weeks after a thorough facial cleanse.

The best time to apply the aloe leaf juice is in the evening when you go to bed. It’ll be absorbed into your skin and you can be sure of a lasting result. However, if you were to apply it during the day, the dust would wash away a lot of the juice’s nutrients and clog your skin’s pores.
